Hannam burger rolls gluten free


The 12 burger Shells are made with the Flatwhite recipe (ie nothing but dehulled buckwheat seeds, water and a touch of sea salt) but are hand-shaped into domed buns, and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Sliced through the middle, each half is slim enough to slip into a toaster.

Being preservative-free, product must be kept refrigerated or frozen. The breads are quite robust in that they can be frozen and defrosted then frozen again, but they are very temperature sensitive – if kept at room temperature or in a fridge that is not working at >4C, they will spoil.
