Vegan Cheese Burger MealBox



For the patty:

Shallow fry the vegan patty for 3 min on one side. Flip the patty over and layer the cheddar cheese on top of the patty. Cover the pan with a lid for another 3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

For the burger:

Butter your bun, add the lettuce and tomato. Place the burger patty on top and add the gherkins.

Ingredients to build your own vegan burger (serves 2). The following items are included (see tab for optional extras)
2 × Sesame Burger Roll (each)
1 × Mixed Lettuce Pack (200g pack)
200g pack of pre-washed lettuce
1 × Pickles (200g)
